Architecture Photography

Overview

I provide commercial building and property photography in Singapore for companies that need to present their facilities, workplaces, and completed developments clearly and professionally.

This includes corporate headquarters, industrial buildings, logistics facilities, and commercial properties. The focus is on photographing the built environment as a business asset — supporting corporate communication, marketing, reporting, and project documentation.

Work is carried out with a structured approach, often in active environments where access, timing, and coordination must be managed carefully. I work independently from a clear brief, ensuring the building and its surroundings are captured accurately and without disruption to ongoing operations.

Pharmaceutical Facility Exterior Photography in Singapore

Project Snapshot

Client: Sanofi
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Location: Singapore
Scope: Facility exterior photography
Usage: Industry and architectural award submissions, corporate visual assets

Client Context

Sanofi required professional exterior images of their Singapore facility to support corporate communication and documentation needs. The objective was to present the building clearly as a modern pharmaceutical site, reflecting both its scale and its role within the organisation’s operations.

The focus was on capturing the facility as a completed asset,

Operational Challenges

  • Weather condition

  • High-security environment with staff accompaniment at all times

Planning & Execution

The shoot was planned around lighting windows identified during the recce. Timing was critical to ensure the façade and surrounding environment were captured with clarity and consistency.

Execution focused on:

  • Capturing the building from multiple perspectives to show scale and structure

  • Maintaining clean compositions

  • Working efficiently within site constraints and limited movement areas

The approach prioritised accuracy and clarity, ensuring the building could be presented confidently for business use.

Outcome

The final images provided Sanofi with a clear and professional visual representation of their Singapore facility. The photographs supported corporate communication needs by presenting the building as a well-structured and established pharmaceutical site.

This project demonstrates the ability to photograph corporate and industrial facilities as standalone assets, with careful planning, controlled execution, and attention to real-world site conditions.

Completed Residential Architecture Photography in Singapore

Project Snapshot

Client: AGA Architects Pte Ltd
Project: Tre Residences
Location: Geylang, Singapore
Scope: Exterior building, facilities, and completed amenities
Usage: Project documentation, website, marketing, and presentation

Client Context

AGA Architects required a set of completed development images for Tre Residences, a high-rise residential project in Singapore. The objective was to document the building and its facilities clearly, providing visuals that could support project presentation, marketing, and stakeholder communication.

The focus was on photographing the development as a completed asset, including its exterior form, landscaping, and communal spaces.

Site Considerations

Photographing a completed residential development required movement across multiple vantage points to fully represent the building and its surroundings.

Key considerations included:

  • Identifying strong exterior angles to present the building structure clearly

  • Managing surrounding elements within an urban environment

  • Planning for natural light to define façade and materials

  • Coordinating movement across the residential site under humid outdoor conditions

A recce was important to understand how the building sits within its environment and to determine the most effective viewpoints.

Planning & Execution

As with most architecture assignments, the real work began before the shoot itself. A scouting trip around the development helped identify how the building should be approached visually, which perspectives best communicated its form, and how the surrounding context could support the final composition.

During the shoot, the focus was placed on capturing the façade, landscaping, infrastructure, communal areas, and amenities in a way that reflected both the design intent and the project’s urban residential appeal. Careful framing and timing were essential to present the development at its best.

Outcome

The final image set provided AGA Architects with high-quality architectural photographs suitable for website portfolio use and broader project presentation. The work documented the completed development with clarity while highlighting the design value of the project through strong exterior and facilities imagery.

Architecture Photography FAQ

Do you photograph buildings that are still in use or operational?

Yes. Many projects are carried out in active environments, including corporate facilities, industrial sites, and commercial properties. I work within access restrictions, safety protocols, and time constraints to capture the building accurately without disrupting ongoing operations. This is often important for companies that need real-world, usable images rather than staged visuals.

What types of buildings do you typically photograph?

I photograph a range of commercial properties, including corporate headquarters, industrial facilities, logistics buildings, and completed developments. The focus is on presenting the building clearly as a completed asset, with attention to structure, surroundings, and how the space is used within a business or urban context.

What information do you need before a building or facility shoot?

A clear brief is usually sufficient to begin planning. This typically includes the type of building, intended usage of the images, access details, and any key areas to prioritise. If required, a recce can be arranged to assess lighting, viewpoints, and site conditions. From there, I can plan the shoot efficiently and work independently on-site.
